This site shows the astrophotography of Paul Mayo

Paul is an Australian amateur astronomer with a wide range of photographic interests, both in the sky, space and down to earth.

The photography on the site covers the range from the moon to distant galaxies, and also adds storm and some terrestrial images. The astrophotography is great and Paul does not use over the top equipment but gear quite accessible to pretty much anyone with a strong interest.

The web site is simple and clean. The home page gives ready access to the different categories of images, which lead to thumbnail galleries and then to detail images. There are also articles and links to other useful sites. It is a good example of simple being best.
