We Regret to Inform You . . .

This image is a composite from pictures I had taken in a Military cemetery a few years ago and photos of Purple Heart. The mourning angel is a photograph taken in a New Orleans cemetery. Other images include using photos of Spanish moss for the background texture and of a skull. The title is the line on the telegrams from the government that is the most dreaded in war time.

This shows an incident in which an ostrich attacked a park program carried by my wife, Jo Etta. It was compiled from a series of photos taken in St. Augustine, Florida using a Nikon D1x equipped with a Nikkor AF 180 f/2.8 ED lens.
