Other Useful Sites

Since no-one is the total source of all information and we recognise that smart readers will always check multiple sources, we are always happy to collaborate with other magazines, online or not, information sites, portals, elists, groups, businesses, etc who have interesting things to say.

If you run such a site or know of one please email us here. We do ask for reciprocal links where possible and would always prefer to do a more adventurous joint venture than just do a link swap, if you are also interested. This could be things like reciprocal branding in each others newsletters, significant cross linking within the site or anything else that seems like a good idea, is mutually beneficial and helps our readers/members.

Here's an open invitation. If you have a site for a business, info site, art or photography site or even a personal site and would like to get a listing up on DIMi. And yes, even though we have a gallery section, I am happy to link to people's own gallery web sites. I am intending to do something a bit different with our own gallery section.

If you want a listing please email me the following:
1. the link address
2. some text as a description of what you want to highlight. I'll rewrite this, as I believe you'll do much better on Google search results if the links into you are individually worded
3. what category or categories you want to be under. If it is not already there I'll create a category for you. If you have a multi-dimensional business we can list as many places as needed
4. a banner pic if you use one.

What I do ask in return is a reciprocal link.

If you'd like to do something beyond a simple link swap, let me know. As my friend Steve always says, it is all by association. And by association we can all reach a wider audience. There's a group of graphic designers down under, for example, who are promoting the site to ad agencies they deal with, etc to get it going as a useful vehicle to promote their design work. To this end there'll be a whole new section on Australian design going up soon. This is the sort of thing we can easily do if people are interested. And of course the beauty of the web is that there are no physical boundaries.
