Infrared test.
The Nikon D50 is a pretty good camera for shooting IR.
The RAW camera image. Exposure was 1/15 second at f3.5 and 200ISO, showing good IR sensitivity. Auto exposure was used.

You can see from all the above shots that noise is pretty good, especially in the red channel.
