I then tested the Olympus E-330 digital camera at each ISO setting, with noise reduction turned on because of the very long exposures this camera needs.

So from these noise tests we can see that the E-330 has quite high noise. That said, it is still capable of some lovely IR work, just it would not be my first choice. That being the Nikon D70s from the cameras that I have seen recently.
